Crypto Banter's HIGHER! is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own Meta Ads strategy for 1-7 day challenges across crypto and AI. You’ll design end-to-end campaigns, landing pages, and email sequences to move cold traffic from first touch to sign-up.

You’ll manage creative quality, measure ROI daily, optimize funnel logic, and craft audience strategies from warm to conversion, in a lean, high-output team.

Qualifications

• Meta Ads specialist with proven scale experience.
• Info-product mindset for challenges and transformations.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Familiar with Typeform, landing page builders, and CRM systems.
• Creative strategist who briefs and iterates on high-performance creative.
• Experience with audiences in finance, crypto, trading, e-products or ecommerce.
• Excellent UK English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and own full-funnel paid acquisition journeys from ad to signup.
• Lead creative quality control with hooks, angles and performance copy.
• Own ROI by monitoring metrics and adjusting funnels and budgets.
• Develop audience strategies and warming tactics to maximize conversions.
• Implement lifecycle journeys from Meta lead to challenge participant.
