Job summary

Venture Beyond is seeking a Meta Ads Media Buyer who thrives on data-driven decision making and scaling performance for 8-figure brands. You’ll manage Meta campaigns, lead strategy, and collaborate with top-tier creatives to drive tangible growth.

Hybrid work is available, with mentorship from operators who’ve generated substantial commissions. You’ll focus on ROI,CAC, and business impact while using spy tools to stay ahead in a competitive DTC landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience managing at least 6 figures monthly ad spend on Meta for DTC e-commerce.
• At least 1 year of Meta ads experience.
• Experience with Meta ads tracking, pixel and Google Analytics.
• Familiar with spy tools like Trendtrack, Brandsearch, Adspy.
• Data-driven with strong ROI and business impact focus.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management – Launch and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other platform ads that deliver real business results.
• Performance Analysis – Analyse the ad account daily. ROAS, CAC, Hook rate, thumbnail-stop ratio, CPP, CPM, CTR and optimise the media spend.
• Lead & Collaborate – Work with the creative strategist and media buying teams to turn strategy into results.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork – Sync with creative strategists, editors, and copywriters to bring high-performing ideas to life.
