• Proven track record of scaling demand generation and member/customer acquisition programs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Experience with web analytics tools.
• Hands-on paid advertising experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and manage integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth targets.
• Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns.
• Manage annual marketing budget and allocate resources across channels.
• Oversee content strategy including web copy, blogs, whitepapers, emails.
• Lead organic and paid social media across LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels.
• Collaborate with partnerships and community teams to align messaging and pipeline.
• Direct PR efforts, media partnerships and event participation.
• Track KPIs and optimise conversion funnels.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly performance presentations with recommendations.
• Oversee external agencies and freelancers to ensure timely deliverables.
