Job summary

CommonAI CIC, a Cambridge-based non-profit, seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns and drive membership growth across the Scaling Inference Lab and High Assurance programmes.

You will shape marketing strategy, oversee content creation (web copy, blogs, newsletters), manage budgets, and report KPIs to leadership, while collaborating with partnerships and community teams to align messaging with our mission.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in data-driven marketing for membership growth.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth targets.
• Plan and optimise multi-channel promotional campaigns.
• Manage annual marketing budget and ROI.
• Oversee content strategy: web copy, blogs, newsletters, and sales assets.
• Lead PR, media partnerships and events.
• Track KPIs and optimise conversion funnels.
• Present monthly/quarterly performance to leadership.
• Oversee external agencies and vendors.
