Qualifications

• Marketing Manager experience or equivalent in a commercial role.
• Strong digital marketing, planning and multi-channel know-how.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation, especially HubSpot.
• HubSpot experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent copywriting and content management skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actions.
• Commercial, proactive, independent worker.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the wider marketing strategy.
• Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, trade and retail.
• Own the company's digital marketing: website, SEO, email, social.
• Create and oversee marketing content: product copy, blogs, case studies.
• Collaborate with sales to generate qualified opportunities.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across materials.
• Plan product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor performance using KPIs, ROI and data insights.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
• Oversee marketing expenditure and budget usage.
