Experience & Skills we are looking for:

• 3-5 years in growth/performance marketing roles
• Professional or academic analytical/quantitative background (e.g. STEM degree)
• Evidence of delivering ongoing and sustained improvement in organic and paid marketing channels through creative optimisation, targeting optimisation, and channel optimisation
• Familiarity with tools and strategies for driving customer acquisition & retention
• Strong skills in data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, optimise strategies, and understand customer behaviours
• Previous experience in B2C digital businesses and/or fast-paced scale-up environments
• Fintech experience valued but not essential
• SQL preferred

What you will do:

• Own, manage and optimise the performance of all Workplace Loans channels
• Collaborate with Product, Creative, Data & Credit to design, run, analyze and optimise multiple experiments across multiple channels (in-app, email, CRM, etc.)
• Own analysis of all B2C Marketing activities

Salary:

Dependant on experience, salaries range from £60,000 - 70,000 + bonus & equity

Working Policy:

We operate a hybrid policy; you’ll be in our beautiful London office 3 days a week, with flexibility to work from home.
