Neural Concept is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to define AI for Engineering positioning, shape a new market category, and lead an international marketing organization for global growth. You will own market narrative, growth strategy, and the operating model, collaborating with product, engineering and executive leadership to scale a high-impact marketing function.

• Senior marketing leadership in a technical B2B environment.
• Evidence of operating with complex products and highly technical buyers.
• Experience building or scaling a marketing organization with budget ownership.
• Creating or shaping a market category and linking it to commercial growth.
• Strong product marketing and positioning capability.
• Supporting complex enterprise sales and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Global experience across the US and Europe.
• Leading senior specialists while working closely with a technical founder and executive team.

Responsibilities

• Define positioning and category narrative for AI for Engineering to engineers and executive buyers.
• Build the marketing operating model with priorities, processes, and decision cadence.
• Drive pipeline and enterprise growth including ABM, field, digital, and demand generation.
• Build market leverage using customer evidence, partners, analysts, and thought leadership.
• Lead and develop the marketing team across product marketing, brand, digital, and partnerships.
• Align Marketing Across The Company with CEO and cross-functional leadership.
