Job summary

Cognesense is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to shape how we go to market, scale campaigns, and drive pipeline across a multi-brand portfolio.

You will lead hands-on, commercially focused marketing across global channels, translate complex industrial technology into clear customer messaging, and work with senior leadership to build a modern marketing capability within the growing Cognesense group.

Cognesense is building a global platform of companies focused on technologies that measure, monitor, and protect the environment and critical industrial infrastructure.

With a major brand launch underway and continued international growth, we are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to define and deliver how we go to market at scale.

This is a UK-based role, with flexibility to be located at one of our UK Cognesense sites.

About the Role

This is not a traditional marketing leadership role. We are looking for a modern, commercially focused marketing leader who can combine strategy with hands-on execution. You will lead the development and delivery of global marketing programmes that strengthen the Cognesense brand, generate pipeline, and support growth across a multi-brand portfolio.

Working closely with senior leadership and the Creative Director, you will bring a new global brand to life across multiple channels, markets, and acquired businesses.
