Job summary

WeComm is seeking a commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager in the United Kingdom to lead performance marketing and CRM activities across Google, Meta, email and SMS. You will own strategy, experimentation and customer lifecycle initiatives to drive acquisition, retention and revenue growth.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will coach the in-house specialists, optimise campaigns and leverage GA4 insights to identify new growth opportunities and deliver exceptional customer

• Proven experience in performance marketing with strong acquisition focus.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and optimise campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing across Google Ads and Meta, driving new customer acquisition and improving ROAS.
• Forecast budgets and report performance to maximise commercial results.
• Grow and retain customers via email and SMS campaigns, journeys, segmentation and automation.
• Test, learn and optimise audiences, creative, landing pages and campaigns using data-driven insights.
• Lead and develop the team, collaborating with Brand, Creative, Ecommerce and Customer Services.
