Job summary

Elvis Eckardt Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Lead in Manchester to own and execute growth‑oriented B2B marketing across ABM, campaigns, content, landing pages and sales enablement.

You’ll partner with Sales, translate commercial objectives into campaigns, measure outcomes and iterate quickly. The role offers significant autonomy, direct exposure to leadership, and a package of £50,000 base salary plus share options.

Qualifications

• Experience running B2B marketing campaigns in fintech, SaaS or complex B2B environments.
• Able to turn product propositions into simple, compelling messaging.
• Proven track record in building ABM programs and driving demand and pipeline.
• Collaborates closely with Sales to improve conversion and account engagement.
• Uses data to decide what works and what doesn’t, and iterates rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B demand generation campaigns and ABM across target accounts.
• Lead positioning, messaging, and multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, digital).
• Create content, case studies and sales collateral to enable Sales.
• Optimise landing pages and website assets to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with Sales to align on objectives and outcomes.
• Experiment with AI/automation to increase output and efficiency.
