Job summary

Different Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a Marketing & Growth Manager (B2B/Fintech) in Manchester. The role is office-led with a minimum of four days in the office or at client sites, offering £50,000 plus share options in a permanent, full-time capacity.

You’ll own growth initiatives across demand generation, ABM, positioning, content, and campaigns, working directly with leadership and sales to generate pipeline and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing, fintech/SaaS is preferred.
• Strong ownership and commercial accountability.
• Comfort with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.
• Start-up or scale-up background is useful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B demand generation and campaign execution.
• Lead ABM and target-account engagement.
• Shape positioning, messaging and content for channels.
• Manage LinkedIn, email and digital campaigns and landing pages.
• Create customer stories, case studies and sales enablement materials.
• Measure campaigns and drive AI/automation improvements.
