Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Marketing & Sales Manager to drive growth from a remote UK base. The role focuses on creating opportunities, managing campaigns and building relationships to convert interest into revenue.

Part-time position (3 or 4 days/week) with salary in the £24k–£32k range, depending on days worked. Occasional travel may be required as part of business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing and communications.
• Strong WordPress website-management skills.
• Experience using MemberPress or another subscription platform.
• Experience planning and managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Ability to work with the marketing team to assess content and campaigns for new clients.
• Experience managing social media, email marketing, SEO and analytics.
• Understanding lead generation, customer journeys and conversion.
• Ability to work independently and communicate complex services clearly.

Business Development & Marketing Manager

Working pattern: Part-time, 3 or 4 days per week
Location: Remote, UK-based, with occasional travel
Salary: (£24,000 for 3 days / £32,000 for 4 days)

About the role

We are looking for a commercially focused, proactive and creative Marketing & Sales Manager to help grow our businesses, generate new leads and win new customers.

Operating across intelligence, personal online protection and advanced AI, we offer a range of innovative services to organisations and individuals.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that marketing is about more than brand awareness, it's about creating opportunities, building relationships and driving revenue.

Working closely with the leadership team, you'll take ownership of marketing campaigns and business development activity, helping us reach the right audiences and turn interest into new business.

What you'll do

• Generate new business: Identify target customers, research opportunities and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Drive lead generation: Use LinkedIn, email, digital campaigns and outreach to generate enquiries and book meetings.
• Support sales growth: Build relationships with prospects, follow up opportunities and help convert leads into customers.

What we're looking for
