Job summary

Duetto is seeking a senior Growth Marketing leader who designs campaign architectures, not just executes them. You will own the strategic planning and optimization of global digital campaigns, shaping audience strategy, channel mix, and budget allocation to hit pipeline and expansion targets.

You will collaborate with the Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Content and Creative teams to build ABM plays, nurture programs, and customer expansion campaigns, making

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations.
• Experience designing and owning digital ABM campaigns.
• Able to make commercial trade-off decisions across channels.
• Experience across acquisition and customer expansion.
• Familiar with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA, and programmatic/ABM tools.
• Background in B2B SaaS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design the strategic framework for global multi-channel campaigns.
• Define ABM engagement models and success criteria.
• Architect ABM plays with paid media and personalized content.
• Own analysis of campaign and channel performance.
• Provide strategic direction to Content and Creative teams.
• Define regional strategy and localize messaging.
