Job summary

JetBrains is seeking a Growth Manager to own the acquisition, onboarding, and activation journey of JetBrains AI for teams and organizations, helping users discover JetBrains AI through product surfaces and clarify its value in their development workflows.

You’ll work on entry points, trials, demos, sandbox experiences, onboarding flows, and activation experiments that convert signups into active JetBrains AI users.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, activation, and driving product-led growth in SaaS or AI products.
• Proven ability to improve acquisition-to-activation funnels and onboarding flows.
• Skilled at using product analytics, funnels, cohorts, and qualitative insights.
• Experience designing and interpreting product experiments.
• Ability to translate growth problems into actionable hypotheses and changes.
• Strong UX judgment and ability to reduce friction and build trust.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Clear communication and stakeholder alignment on funnel insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition, onboarding, and activation journey for JetBrains AI.
• Define and improve paths from entry points to meaningful usage.
• Optimize acquisition flows across IDEs, desktop products, plugins, and more.
• Create self-service paths: trials, demos, sandboxes, guided walkthroughs.
• Design onboarding and first-run experiences to reveal value.
• Identify friction points across entry to first-use and convert to opportunities.
• Lead experiments to improve acquisition, onboarding, trial-to-active, and activation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, monetization, design, analytics, and engineering.
• Establish growth hypotheses and prioritize experiments.
