JetBrains is seeking a product leader to own JetBrains Context, defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will work across engineering, ML, and cross‑functional teams to shape how the knowledge layer enhances developer productivity and AI adoption at scale.

You’ll define problem statements, trade‑offs, and explicit success metrics while balancing cost, latency, and freshness. You’ll drive adoption with marketing, sales, and customer success, communicating clearly to diverse

Qualifications

• Experience owning a complex developer/platform product end to end, including strategy and roadmap.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern AI coding tools and agent workflows.
• Ability to define metrics for quality-sensitive products and build evaluation habits.

Responsibilities

• Build and own JetBrains Context from a product perspective, bridging core tech and go-to-market.
• Collaborate with engineering, ML, marketing, sales, and customer success on positioning and adoption.
• Define problem statements, trade-offs, and cost/latency/freshness balance across the platform.
• Communicate direction clearly to stakeholders and external audiences.
• Define success metrics and evaluate competitors and market signals.
• Represent the product via roadmaps, updates, and developer-focused content.
• Partner with ML and platform teams on model evaluation and service scale.
