Job summary

Miro is seeking a visionary Staff Product Designer to support the Growth team, shaping activation and onboarding experiences with an AI-native lens. You will lead design evolution, drive experiments, and ship impactful work that accelerates value for millions of users.

You will mentor designers, collaborate with Product and Engineering across the org, and help elevate design systems while maintaining ease of use across the platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-focused roles.
• At least 2-3 years operating at a Staff / Principal level, with proven ownership of complex initiatives.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create clear, user-focused products and strategies.
• A deep understanding of AI and AI design tooling.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (product, UX, engineering).
• Deep understanding of UX practices and user-centered design methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own design across activation, feature discovery, engagement, habit formation, and expansion — not just onboarding.
• Identify where in that journey the biggest opportunity sits and build the case for pursuing it.
• Be a tireless innovator in the AI space; explore how generative AI can accelerate value for users at scale.
• Approach the product with an entrepreneurial spirit; design lean experiments and own the growth experience.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to solve technical and design challenges around AI quality and discoverability.
• Maintain Miro's ease of use while pushing for best-in-class experiences that compete with top players.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to design systems and internal tooling.
