Job summary

Tribal Recruitment in London is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to own the digital marketing function across Paid Media, SEO, CRM and content. You will lead strategy, drive customer acquisition and retention, and collaborate with senior leadership to align campaigns with commercial goals.

You will shape multi‑channel plans, manage budgets and oversee cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver measurable revenue growth in a high‑impact role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Performance/Digital Marketing with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise across Paid Media, especially PPC and Paid Social.
• Broad knowledge of SEO, CRM, email marketing and content strategy.
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies.
• Strong commercial understanding of customer acquisition, retention, ROAS and LTV.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data‑driven approach to decision making.
• Confident leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on ability when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end performance marketing strategy across multiple channels.
• Oversee Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and broader digital acquisition.
• Direct SEO initiatives to boost organic visibility, traffic and conversions.
• Develop CRM and lifecycle email campaigns to improve engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with creative/content teams to deliver high‑performing campaigns.
• Manage budgets, optimize channel investment and maximize ROI.
• Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and improvements.
• Lead and develop internal teams while working with agencies and partners.
• Align marketing activity with senior leadership and commercial objectives.
