Job summary

Joblogic is seeking a Head of Growth (Digital Acquisition) to lead our MQL-driven growth engine. You will own multi-channel performance, coach two specialists, and partner with our embedded agency to scale ARR.

Expect data-led decision making, rigorous experimentation, and close collaboration with Sales to align on definitions and SLAs. This role reports into Growth leadership and focuses on higher-ACV, longer sales cycles, and upmarket expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong performance marketing and growth track record.
• Proven ability to grow MQLs while improving revenue.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Excellent analytics and reporting, HubSpot/Power BI familiarity.
• Ability to coach a small team and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-channel strategy across paid channels.
• Lead experimentation for ads, landing pages, and forms.
• Partner with Sales to align on MQL definitions and SLAs.
• Build forecasts and business cases for leadership.
• Manage two acquisition specialists and embedded agency.
