Job summary

Do Health is seeking a growth leader to own the commercial P&L, monetisation strategies, and the next phase of scale. You’ll build the growth roadmap, identify high-leverage channels, and run high-velocity experiments across paid, organic, and owned media.

You’ll obsess over the customer, sharpen the value proposition, and shape the brand in collaboration with Voy's resources, aiming to move from zero to nine figures ARR.

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a product from 0 to traction.
• Ability to design and execute multi-channel growth experiments.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial P&L model and monetisation strategies.
• Build and execute the growth roadmap from scratch.
• Run high-velocity experiments across paid, organic, and owned channels.
• Engineer viral/organic loops and referral mechanisms to drive growth.
• Sharpen value proposition and product-market fit in collaboration with the product team.
• Shape the brand in partnership with the brand team to stand out in the market.
