Atos Amplify is seeking a senior Consulting Industry Partner for Public Services to drive business development, sales and technology solutions. You will anchor and grow Amplify's consulting capability, bringing industry relationships and expertise to a growing team.

You will lead the design and sales of AI-driven solutions, own commercial propositions, and guide large consulting-led programs, while maintaining strong client relationships and shaping opportunities into billable work.

Qualifications

• Proven management consulting background with public sector work.
• Strong client-relations and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Track record in developing and winning proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven solutions and growth initiatives for Public Services clients.
• Act as trusted adviser to clients and Amplify leadership.
• Own commercial propositions and drive revenue growth across the industry.
• Oversee end-to-end proposal development, from shaping to bid submission.
• Mentor delivery consultants to maintain quality and client confidence.
• Provide delivery assurance on at-risk engagements.
