You will own commercial propositions, lead delivery oversight, and collaborate with industry and AI leaders to deliver integrated transformation solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in strategy and transformation consulting with cyber focus.
• Experience advising C-suite and leading large transformation programs.
• Strong business development and consulting sales background.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and sale of strategy-led transformation programs.
• Advise senior executives on strategy, growth and operating models.
• Design transformation roadmaps linking strategy to execution.
• Own propositions and drive growth across consulting opportunities.
• Lead proposals, executive presentations and client pursuit activities.
• Develop target operating models across people, process, governance, tech.
• Guide clients through redesign, workforce transformation and shared services.
