Job summary

Atos Amplify is seeking a Consulting Industry Partner to drive AI-enabled consulting in Manufacturing and Retail across the UK. You will lead the design, development and sales of AI-driven solutions, build trusted client relationships, and anchor growth for Amplify across national and international accounts.

Qualifications

• Must have strong management consulting background.
• Growth mindset and strong client relationships.
• Self-starter who can hit the ground running.
• Comfortable across strategy and delivery of all aspects of technology consulting and delivery.
• A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to engaging with the customer and wider industry landscape.
• Proven big deals experience; pipeline targets.
• Someone who can shape and own large consulting-led programmes and smaller engagements.
• Exceptional communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and sales of AI driven solutions for your industry
• Be the trusted advisor to the client community on Amplify offerings and solutions
• Own commercial proposition and drive growth of the industry and Amplify
• Lead proposal development end to end including solution shaping, narrative writing, win theme development, and submission management.
• Coach and support deployed consultants throughout delivery to maintain quality and client confidence.
• Act as a delivery assurance resource where required, including intervention on at-risk engagements.
