Job summary

Atos Amplify is seeking an experienced consultant to join our growing UK team, focusing on leading client engagements and shaping operating models across business, digital and IT. You will guide day-to-day delivery and contribute to change management, using AI-driven insights to influence client outcomes.

You will report progress, deliver value through maturity analyses, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement industry standards and best practices, strengthening our AI-enabled consulting

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the consulting sector at a manager level or equivalent.
• Contribute to value proposition and identify new opportunities.
• Organisational design, service design or service architecture.
• Value stream mapping and process redesign.
• Roadmap and business case development.
• Project and programme management using Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Understanding of technology and AI trends and how they affect strategy and IT operating models.

Responsibilities

• Supporting medium-sized client engagements/ leading workstreams and day-to-day client delivery.
• Assessing Business, Digital or IT current operating models and developing the case for change.
• Using data and insights to develop robust client recommendations.
• Delivery Model Maturity Analysis, identify service improvement opportunities and implement industry standards and best practices.
• Design and implementation of a target IT operating model.
• Client reporting, workshop facilitation and proactive management of client stakeholders.
