• Analytical and creative mix; able to write concise copy and operate in Excel.
• Relentlessly proactive with a track record of driving change and building things.
• Genuine interest in growth as a discipline and climate tech.

• Designing and running growth experiments; drop ineffective tactics and double down on what works.
• Owning ads, creative and content with freelancers: copy, video, stories, nurture emails, onboarding guides.
• Build product marketing and marketing to existing customers; shape new growth areas.
• Develop RevOps and systems to scale sales and customer success.
• Analyze product usage and funnel data to identify new tactics.
