Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence—manage partner relationships and internal processes for customers.
• Work closely with founders—shape strategies, identify growth opportunities, and foster customer relationships.
• Automate workflows—write code and automate processes to help a small team punch above its weight.
• Always closing—customer interactions and partner outreach with revenue in mind.
