Job summary

InvestEngine is seeking a hands-on Head of Strategy & Business Operations to partner with the CEO in setting the strategic agenda, running the company and building the operating model that will carry us through the next stage of growth.

You will translate high-level objectives into clear execution plans, lead a lean strategy team of five, own the quarterly goal cycle, and embed initiatives into business-as-usual while shaping cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience across strategy and operations in fintech or high-growth, regulated environments.
Experience building a company operating model and securing adoption by leadership.
Proven track record leading company-wide initiatives end to end and embedding them into business-as-usual.

Responsibilities

Design and run the company operating model, including the goal cycle, executive meeting architecture, reviews and governance.
Own the quarterly and multi-year strategic planning process with function leaders.
Lead high-impact initiatives end to end and embed completed work as business-as-usual.
Develop KPI framework covering commercial performance, delivery, customer outcomes and cost efficiency.
Lead and grow a team of five, collaborating with leaders across Product, Technology, Platform Operations, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Finance, Compliance and People.
Apply AI and automation to reporting, planning and internal workflow to keep the function lean.
