Inforcer Ltd. is hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager to work across the business on high-priority strategic and operational challenges. You’ll partner with teams to create structure, drive execution, and own cross-functional initiatives that shape the company’s growth.

You will lead projects end-to-end, leverage a unified data layer, and implement repeatable playbooks. The role demands problem-solving, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in consulting, big tech or a high-growth scale-up.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Experience leading high-priority projects from problem definition through to implementation.
Ability to think strategically and dive into detail to execute.
Excellent communication and relationship-building across teams.

Responsibilities

Lead high-priority strategic and cross-functional projects from problem definition through to implementation.
Design a unified data layer and define its usage across teams.
Define ramp and productivity metrics for the organisation.
Build repeatable playbooks for product launches and initiatives.
Convert ambiguous challenges into structured plans and drive execution.
Use company data to inform decisions and priorities.
Tackle new operational challenges as the company scales.
Own OKR and Rocks reporting to maintain visibility and accountability.
Support planning cycles and improve processes and operating rhythms.
