Job summary

Oleeo is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition and the digital conversion strategy. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, primarily Google Ads and LinkedIn, to drive high-quality B2B opportunities and demo requests.

• Experience leading B2B paid acquisition and demand-gen programs.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and a track record of conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise full-funnel Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Improve site CRO and user journey from ad click to demo request.
• Manage monthly media spend, forecast budgets and shift spend to top-performing channels.
• Create dashboards to report CAC, MQL-to-SAL conversion, and pipeline revenue.
• Collaborate with design/marketing to deliver effective creative and testing.
