• Driving a data-led approach to performance, balancing CAC with long-term customer value.
• Partnering closely with brand, creative and product teams to improve conversion and customer journeys.
• Leading experimentation and continuous optimisation across campaigns.
• Analysing performance data and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high-performing team culture.
