You will be the operational engine keeping our care services running smoothly while driving strategic growth, owning day-to-day service quality, HR processes and compliance.

Key responsibilities include quality assurance and audits, workforce rostering, HR support, growth planning, and ensuring readiness for CQC inspections.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an operational management or supervisory role within social care, healthcare or domiciliary care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service quality and audits, including medication audits and compliance reviews.
• Manage master rotas to ensure staffing levels and cost efficiency.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, retention, supervision, and HR administrative processes.
• Partner with the Registered Manager to identify operational efficiencies and prepare for scalable growth.
• Maintain readiness for inspections by ensuring documentation, policies and files are audit-ready.
