Job summary

DDC Dolphin, based in Poole, seeks a National Sales Manager to lead the care sales team and deliver growth across the UK care sector. Office based with travel as required, 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri.

You will drive revenue, coach staff, and align cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and expand our product and service offerings. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong pipeline discipline, and ability to win new contracts while expanding existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B sales or account teams.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and manage profitability.
• Strong coaching and performance management.
• Comfort with tendering and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the national care sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Drive profitable growth across care-sector products and services.
• Strengthen customer relationships and ensure effective account plans.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Service to optimise delivery.
