Arc Legal Group, a specialist provider of ancillary insurance products, seeks a Marketing Manager to join on a hybrid basis with two days a week in Colchester. The role is hands-on, broad, and owner-driven, with travel to the Colchester office as needed.

You will develop marketing activity to support growth, create content across digital channels, support business development, and manage multiple campaigns while building strong stakeholder relationships across the business.

Qualifications

• Broad B2B marketing experience.
• Confident to work independently and own workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Organized, proactive and able to prioritise.
• Experience in insurance/financial services is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver marketing activity to support growth and commercial objectives.
• Create and maintain content across multiple channels (digital, social, website, email, sales collateral).
• Support business development via tenders, presentations and client materials.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver marketing solutions.
• Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to support growth.
• Be the go-to marketing contact for Arc Legal.
