Mission is seeking an Account Director to oversee a portfolio of MGAs, guiding onboarding through scale. You will partner with MGAs’ CEOs, founders and underwriters to drive growth and profitability, delivering initiatives aligned with their business plans.

You’ll collaborate with Mission’s specialists in finance, digital, marketing, compliance and distribution to achieve shared goals, maintain governance, and report on performance. This is a remote UK role requiring insurance expertise.

Formación

• 10+ years of insurance industry experience, including senior roles in delegated authority (MGA, binder and capacity arrangements).
• 5+ years of senior commercial account management, project/programme delivery or equivalent experience.
• A solid understanding of insurance platforms (e.g. Acturis) and digital/eTrading solutions.
• A proven record of delivering growth initiatives and commercial outcomes, with experience of working to a business plan, P&L or performance targets (e.g. GWP, profitability, retention).
• Proven ability to facilitate and deliver projects, using the right tools and techniques.
• Strong stakeholder management, with proven credibility with senior leaders.
• Working knowledge of delegated authority governance, including TOBAs, binders, bordereaux and capacity agreements

Responsabilidades

• Deliver initiatives that drive MGA growth, profitability and fee income.
• Develop medium- and long-term growth roadmaps with MGA CEOs.
• Lead relationships and governance between MGAs and Mission.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams while owning delivery plans.
• Onboard new MGAs and embed them into Mission's framework.
• Manage binder renewals and capacity discussions with providers.
• Lead eTrading initiatives (Acturis, Quote & Buy) aligned to MGA strategy.
• Monitor service delivery and contribute to Mission’s strategy.
