You will drive growth by generating new business opportunities, building solid client relationships, and contributing to the branch's success during an exciting expansion phase.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or telesales.
• Proven ability to generate new business and set client appointments.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound activities.
• Identify decision-makers and introduce recruitment services to prospects.
• Arrange meetings, site visits and discovery calls to build pipeline.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Monitor activity and report on performance KPIs.
