Job summary

Forward Role is partnering with a fast-growing beauty eCommerce brand in Altrincham to recruit an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager who will own the affiliate channel and drive its next growth phase.

You’ll manage day-to-day activities across TikTok Affiliates, Shopify Affiliates and AWIN, build strategy, recruit partners, and optimise ROI, while collaborating with marketing to align campaigns.

The role offers in-office 4 days a week in Altrincham and salary up to £40k.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing an affiliate or partnerships programme in ecommerce or DTC.
• Hands-on experience with AWIN or similar networks.
• Experience with TikTok Affiliates and Shopify Affiliates is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day running of the affiliate and partnerships program across TikTok Affiliates, Shopify Affiliates and AWIN.
• Develop and execute a strategy to support growth.
• Identify and recruit new partners to expand reach.
• Manage relationships with affiliates and ensure timely commission payments.
• Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms.
• Monitor performance data and report insights to the team.
• Align affiliate activity with campaigns and launches.
• Maintain structure and best practices while preserving momentum.
• Keep up with platform updates for TikTok, Shopify, and AWIN.
• Coordinate with Brand and Content teams on assets and messaging.
• Manage budget allocation and track spend.
• Identify new networks and opportunities as the channel scales.
• Troubleshoot issues in a high-volume program.
• Present regular performance updates to senior stakeholders.
