Job summary

Forward Role Recruitment are working with a fast-growing beauty eCommerce brand to recruit an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager based in Altrincham, with salary up to £40k and four days in the office.

You will own the affiliate program across TikTok, Shopify, AWIN, build strategy, recruit partners and optimise ROI to drive scalable growth. This role offers a dynamic, data-driven environment with clear laddering of responsibilities and performance focus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing an affiliate or partnerships program.
• Experience with AWIN or similar affiliate networks.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Affiliates, Shopify Affiliates.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the affiliate and partnerships program across TikTok Affiliates, Shopify Affiliates and AWIN.
• Develop and execute an affiliate and partnerships strategy to support growth.
• Build on the existing creator and affiliate base while identifying and recruiting new partners to expand reach.
• Manage relationships with existing affiliates and creators, ensuring strong communication and timely commission payments.
• Negotiate commission structures, rates and partnership terms to maximise ROI.
• Monitor, analyse and report on channel performance, using data to spot what's working and where there's room to grow.
• Work closely with the wider marketing team to align affiliate activity with campaigns, launches and key seasonal moments.
• Bring more structure and process to a channel that's grown organically, without losing what makes it work.
• Keep on top of platform updates and best practice across TikTok Affiliates, Shopify Affiliates and AWIN.
• Coordinate with Brand and Content teams to make sure affiliates and creators have the right assets and messaging.
• Manage budget allocation across the channel, tracking spend against performance.
• Identify and test new affiliate networks or partnership opportunities as the channel scales.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues across an already busy, high-volume program.
• Present regular performance updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
