Qualifications

• 2nd Line IT Support Engineer with strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Experience with MSP or client-facing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line IT support across Windows and cloud services.
• Assist with network and security troubleshooting in a MSP setting.
• Collaborate with team to deliver reliable IT solutions for clients.
