Xcede in London is seeking a Growth Scientist/Research Scientist (Growth) to join a high-growth consumer business. You’ll work across growth marketing, AI/ML, paid acquisition, optimisation and experimentation, using data and applied maths to lift acquisition and LTV. London, 3 days in the office; salary competitive plus equity. No visa sponsorship available.

You will blend marketing experience with quantitative and technical skills to drive measurable growth outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or growth with strong quantitative capability.
• Background in data analysis, applied maths or ML is desirable.
• Familiarity with experimentation and optimization to improve campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth initiatives across marketing, AI/ML, and paid channels.
• Analyse performance data to inform creative and measurement strategies.
• Design and run experiments to improve acquisition, LTV, and overall growth.
