TEXO Recruitment is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join a client delivering print, POS and logistics solutions. You will win new business, build long-term relationships and drive growth from initial contact through to contract completion.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales or business development, with strong communication and negotiation skills. This role offers a dynamic environment and opportunities to advance within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or business development role.
• A strong track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Experience selling into the retail sector is highly desirable.
• Previous experience within print, POS, packaging or logistics would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across the retail sector and other target markets.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, prospecting and business development.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to negotiation and contract completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and excellent customer service.
• Identify market trends and new opportunities for business development.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
