Nurseplus UK is seeking a proactive Deputy Manager to lead our domiciliary care branch in Plymouth. You will support the Registered Manager, develop the team and help deliver high-quality person-centred care while expanding service contracts.

You'll oversee day-to-day operations, maintain accurate records, support audits and ensure compliance with CQC standards. A hands-on leader with strong organisational and communication skills is key to driving growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or management role within domiciliary care or a similar care setting.
• Good understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and care standards.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive hands-on approach with the ability to motivate a team.
• Willingness to work towards Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification if required.

Responsabilités

• Support branch growth by preparing for and delivering new contracts and packages of care.
• Coordinate care delivery and ensure safe, reliable, person-centred care.
• Maintain accurate care plans, records and documentation; support audits and risk assessments.
