Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in performance creative in a DTC or ecommerce business.
• Strong understanding of paid social performance, especially Meta.
• Experience using performance data to shape creative strategy.
• Ability to run structured creative testing across hooks, angles, concepts, formats and audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own performance creative strategy across paid social, particularly Meta.
• Analyze creative performance to identify winning concepts, understand what isn't working and uncover new opportunities.
• Turn performance data and audience insights into creative direction across hooks, angles, messaging and formats.
• Build and manage a structured creative testing framework, from ideation and briefing through to testing and scaling.
• Work closely with designers, editors and creators to develop and iterate high-performing assets.
• Write clear, data-led creative briefs aligned with audience insights and commercial objectives.
• Build repeatable processes that connect creative production with paid media performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative effectiveness across audiences, formats and messaging.
• Partner with the acquisition team to ensure creative strategy supports wider growth objectives.
• Present actionable creative and commercial insights to senior leadership.
