Job summary

Pulse Advertising GmbH is seeking a Manager Growth Strategy to lead bold, insight-driven social media, influencer, and paid social strategies for a global client portfolio. You will fuse data, culture, and creativity, with AI as a core tool, to move brands forward.

In this hybrid role based in London or remotely from within the UK, you will own strategies end to end, collaborate with Client Services, Paid Media and Data teams, and contribute to pitches and new business with quick, strategic

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agency experience in a strategy role, ideally within social media or digital.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the creator economy, with understanding of market differences.
• Comfort with audience data and insights platforms (GWI, Brandwatch, Audiense, Pulsar, B4P) and turning data into a POV.
• Experience with AI-powered marketing tools to elevate strategic thinking and client recommendations.
• Fluency in English; German/French/Italian a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own brand, digital, and social media strategies from initial insight through to client presentation and execution handover.
• Serve as a trusted strategic partner, consulting clients across social media, influencer marketing, creative, and integrated communications, adapting to markets and local insights.
• Conduct audience, brand, and competitor analyses using listening, segmentation, and trend tools to surface actionable recommendations.
• Develop creator, influencer, and UGC strategies across industries including FMCG, retail, automotive, luxury, and tech.
• Contribute to pitch and new business processes with strategic rigour and a clear point of view.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Paid Media and Data teams to ensure strategies are coherent and executable.
