Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking an Operations Manager for a growing restaurant group in the South West / South Wales. The role requires hands-on leadership across multiple sites, developing GMs and senior teams, with a strong focus on accountability and commercial results.

The position offers a base around £60,000 plus bonus, mileage and benefits. You will balance FOH and kitchen operations while shaping foundations for scalable growth and continued expansion.

I am working with a brilliant, growing restaurant business looking for an Operations Manager to join the team as they continue to develop and expand.

They are looking for a proper people-led operator – someone who loves developing GMs, building strong management teams and creating real accountability across their sites.

You will be hands-on and comfortable getting stuck into the operation when needed, but equally able to step back, look strategically at the business and help put the right foundations in place for future growth.
