Job summary

UK Staffing Group is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own and drive the company’s digital activity across Google Ads, email marketing, content, social media and the website. You’ll work with the Head of Marketing, delivering campaigns with autonomy and impact.

You will develop automated journeys, manage audience segmentation, and contribute to website and landing page optimization, while collaborating on product-focused campaigns and wider marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on digital marketing experience across paid ads and email campaigns.
• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns including remarketing.
• Experience creating automated email journeys and nurture programs.
• Strong written communication and campaign reporting skills.
• Comfort with WordPress/Elementor and basic website content updates.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the company’s digital marketing across channels.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns and email marketing journeys.
• Create engaging content for email, web and social channels.
• Develop landing pages and support website content updates.
• Collaborate with product teams on GTM and partner campaigns.
