Puckator in Sheffield is seeking a Digital Marketing & CRM Lead to own the digital performance across paid media, SEO, CRM and website optimisation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role reporting into Marketing and supported by a Fractional CMO.

You’ll drive demand, optimise buyer journeys and coordinate agencies to deliver measurable growth, with opportunities for career progression in a growing international business.

Qualifications

• Strong all-round digital marketing knowledge across SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM and email marketing.
• Proven hands-on campaign management experience in SEO or PPC.
• Experience building and optimising CRM, email marketing and marketing automation programmes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid media performance across Google Ads and paid social.
• Drive SEO strategy to maximise visibility, product discovery and qualified traffic.
• Build and refine CRM programmes and marketing automation workflows.
• Improve website performance, conversion rates and buyer journeys through testing and data-driven insights.
• Analyse data using GA4 and other reporting platforms to generate actionable insights.
• Coordinate agencies and partners to deliver commercially focused campaigns.
