Job summary

UK Management College Ltd. is seeking a commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to drive student recruitment and digital growth from the Derby campus. You will generate high-quality prospective student leads through paid channels and manage them in HubSpot CRM.

You'll combine hands-on media buying with CRM, analytics and marketing automation, overseeing campaigns from setup to lead generation, tracking, optimisation and reporting, with a focus on lead quality and recruitment objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Proven lead-generation capabilities and campaign optimisation.
• Strong analytics and ability to interpret data to improve performance.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise lead-generation campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok ads.
• Manage targeting, budgets, placements, forms and landing pages.
• Monitor performance and continuously optimise for lead volume and quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure assets and messaging align with recruitment goals.
