Job summary

Contentful, now officially part of Salesforce, is hiring a Customer Success Manager, Growth (f/m/d) to help our EMEA customers maximize value from the Contentful platform and deliver stellar experiences by driving programs at scale. You will enable clients to meet their technical and business goals while collaborating with product, sales and marketing to amplify customer voices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role (CSM/AM)
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Monitor and guide new EMEA customers to ensure value from the outset
• Execute customer programs with product, sales, and marketing teams
• Leverage tools to manage day-to-day with high throughput and organization
• Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction and health scores
• Monitor usage and health scores; mitigate risks and identify expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with Renewal team to maintain high retention
• Translate customer insights into actionable feedback for product and GTM teams
• Be prepared to travel ~10% annually for onsite meetings
