Job summary

Content Guru is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager for our Bracknell head office. You will nurture key customers, identify CX/UX opportunities, and deliver consultancy to maximise value and retention.

The role involves workshops, adoption guidance, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to drive growth. You will champion customer success principles, manage senior stakeholders, and help embed Content Guru solutions across customer organisations, including international travel

Qualifications

Significant experience in SaaS, ideally CCaaS/CX.
Experience selling and delivering consultancy or professional services.
Strong CX leadership and stakeholder management.
Experience implementing cloud solutions within contact centres.
Bachelor's degree in STEM or related discipline advantageous.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with key customers and act as a trusted adviser.
Identify CX/UX challenges and recommend solutions that support business outcomes.
Organise and deliver customer workshops to address challenges and opportunities.
Coach colleagues in customer success principles and opportunities for growth in accounts.
Drive adoption, utilisation and upsell opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
