Sykes Holiday Cottages Ltd in Chester is looking for an Account Manager to manage up to 200 property owners, helping them maximise revenue and enjoy a seamless experience with Sykes.

You’ll be their go-to contact, drive sales opportunities, provide expert support, and work cross-functionally with the sales, marketing and operations teams to deliver measurable results. This hybrid role offers 37.5 hours per week with occasional weekend cover during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or sales.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proactive, organised and target-driven.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with up to 200 property owners.
• Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
