Job summary

Howden Group is seeking a dynamic Business Development Director for its Professional Services team. The role focuses on opening conversations with prospective clients, nurturing an ongoing pipeline, and driving growth across mid-market and large clients.

You will build and maintain relationships at the C-suite level, deliver compelling presentations, and work with colleagues across the Howden group to identify cross-sell and portfolio solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales success and ability to originate and win new business.
• Experience building relationships at C-suite level across large, international clients.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and open conversations with prospective Professional Services clients from scratch and nurture the pipeline.
• Target mid-market and larger Professional Services clients across sectors.
• Build and leverage a strong network of contacts, including at C-suite level.
• Represent Howden with credibility, delivering confident presentations to clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with the wider Howden group to identify cross-sell opportunities and portfolio solutions.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management and accurately reflect activity.
